Created in 2002 by Vietnamese-American students at Harvard University, VietHope worked to resolve structural scholastic inequities in Vietnam. The organization’s mandate—to enable low-income students through entry to learning—originates from understanding that monetary hardship remains the main barrier to educational adherence.

1. Postsecondary Scholarship Program (USP):
